Spirit Filled Person
My understanding of a spirit filled person is a person who is thankful, kind, loving, compassionate and good willed. They do things for others and not just for themselves, whilst not expect anything in return . A spirit filled person should not show hatred upon another. They should not deliberately cause harm or distress to a living being and should always show kindness to all no matter their religious faith, beliefs, race, colour, political status or wealth/ fortune.
In the bible a spirit filled person is a person who speaks in tongues. However I believe if a person speaks for other or to other with kindness, generosity, along with good intentions to help all live a happy and peaceful life; they are speaking with tongues, they are spirit filled person.
